It was as an exciting day for Volvo as they revealed the new 2017 Volvo S90 model in Gothenburg. The vehicle will be coming in with a brand new design that will be based on the Volvo XC90 but better.
Not that the XC90 wasn’t good, but it pales in comparison to what Volvo had to offer on the S90 model. The vehicle looks elegant and timeless which is why we think Volvo should hurry up and start working on that coupe version.
The new Volvo S90 will be coming in with three engine option starting from the240hp 2.0 liters inline four engine with turbocharged, a 302hp 2.0 liter inline four engine with a supercharger as well as a 400hp 2.0 liter inline four engine with a plug-in electric assist.
The response to the new design has been overwhelming positive with more than a few people hoping that Volvo would come out with a Coupe model. As of right now, Volvo does not seems to have any plan for a Coupe model since they will be busy working on upgrade the 90,60 and 40 series.
