It looks like Jeep is working to come out with a new Jeep Renegade model for 2017 and it is believed that the new SUV will be coming in with more ponies to offer.
It has been reported that the 2017 Jeep Renegade will be coming in with a 2.4 liter Tigershark engine for the standard model. The top of the range model will be running on a 1.4 liter Multiair turbocharged engine. There are also talks about a possible 2.0 liter 4 cylinder turbocharged MJD II engine.
The engines will come mated to a nine-speed auto transmission. In terms of design, it is believed that the Jeep Renegade will get a new design based on the Jeep Wrangler. Exterior features like the fog lamps, headlight design, grille, air dam and more could be making their way to the Jeep Renegade model.
More details should be revealed as we get closer to the debut of the 2017 Jeep Renegade.
