Jeep would be introducing the new Jeep Renegade and it’s claimed to be more powerful than ever before. The car will be available in two engine options: 2.4-litre Tigershark and the 1.4-litre Multiair turbocharged.
What these two are able to offer is that the former can produce 184 horsepower and 240Nm of torque, whereas the latter produces 160 horsepower and 250Nm of torque.
In addition, Jeep promises a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged MJD II engine. The car’s design also got its inspiration from the Jeep Wrangler therefore some familiarity would be formed. Meanwhile, let’s just hope to look forward to a more powerful Jeep Renegade.
