All the attention might be on the next-gen Ford Focus RS at the moment but once the sports hatch gets released, the spotlight will be shifted to the Fiesta RS. The latter is going to be a range-topping model and it is expected to make its debut in 2017.
Today, car junkies can already check out on how the Fiesta RS is going to appear like after spy shots of the vehicle got leaked online. Upon viewing the spy shots, viewers will notice the Fiesta RS has some changes to its styling.
The air inlets are larger, there is a tacked on fender flares, the intercooler are visible through the grille and there are more lines running across the body. Even with the changes, the Fiesta RS still appears like the latest Ford Fiesta 1.0 EcoBoost.
Of course, since the vehicle is going to be an RS trim, we can expect Ford to replace the 1L unite with a larger capacity motor. More details on this will come once Ford has settled the Focus RS’ launching.
