Acura has their reason for going hybrid for the 2017 Acura NSX and while to Acura, going hybrid feels like the right choice for the 2017 Acura NSX, it looks like the fans are not too happy about the change.
A lot of them seems to think that Acura’s move to power the NSX with a hybrid engine made it a boring vehicle now while other pointed out that the Acura NSX will be too expensive and not worth getting especially after what it will be offering with its engine.
Based on what we know right now, we know that the Acura NSX will be coming in with a 573hp engine that will be mated to a nine-speed transmission. The vehicle will come in to compete with models like the Audi R8. What’s your view on the hybrid engine and how do you think the Acura NSX will do when it arrives?
Acura has also announced the price tag for the Acura NSX. The 2017 Acura NSX will come in with a $156,000 price tag for the base model.
