The next-gen Volkswagen Golf R Facelift has a huge potential to be one of the hottest sports hatchback in history. This is because the Golf R Facelift is going to come out with a design that is heavily inspired by the 1989 Golf R Facelift.
Judging from the Golf R concept that was unveiled at the last Beijing Motor Show, the vehicle is expected to come out with yellow for its exterior and silver for its interior.
The best part is that the Golf R Facelift will still be up-to-date when it comes to safety and performance. While Volkswagen has yet to go into detail on this, we can expect the Golf R to come out with a more refined 2.3L 4-cylinder engine.
Of course, this is subject to further confirmation by Volkswagen. The Golf R Facelift is tipped to be making its debut somewhere in Q4 this year.
