The Volkswagen Golf R Facelift is the next big thing to come from the German carmaker and today, we have got ourselves a rough idea on what the car is going to offer.
VW has already shared that the upcoming Facelift model of their sports hatch will be based on the concept design that was seen at the last Beijing Auto Show. In other words, the Golf R Facelift come with a styling that is heavily inspired by the 89’ Golf Rally.
While VW didn’t go into details on this, we can expect the future Golf R Facelift to come with lemon yellow for its exterior and silver for its interior.
Of course, the powertrain won’t be made up of 80s technology. The Golf R Facelift will still be running on the same 2.3L motor that has more than 200hp to offer. More details on this are expected to come when the Golf R Facelift gets fully unveiled later this year.
