Come next year, Toyota will be launching the next-gen Prius. Like how it is with the existing model, the future Prius is going to be extremely fuel efficient and it is expected to become a hot seller. However, the next-gen Prius is not going to look pretty.
Well, this is not surprising since the Prius has never looked nice at all. Even so, car junkies can already see what we mean by this by checking out the latest spy shots surrounding the Prius.
The spy shots were taken in Thailand and it shows the Prius being hidden under camouflage. Even so, the structure heavily suggests that the vehicle is going to look no different from the latest Toyota Mirai. Hence, it is not going to look pretty at all.
Despite that possibility, the Prius will still be a great performer. The vehicle is built on Toyota’s New Global Architecture and this means that the Prius is going to be about 20% lighter than before.
