For those that are looking for more power on the Nissan Titan but do now want to go for the diesel option, there is now another choice. Nissan announces that the 2016 Nissan Titan will come with a 390hp gasoline engine.
Nissan announces that they will be bringing back the V8 engine option. That means consumers can now get the Nissan Titan with the 5.6 liter V8 engine but unlike the previous version, the 2016 engine will be able to push out about 390hp and 401lb ft. The engine will be mated to a seven-speed auto transmission.
Some fans are saying that the missing manual transmission will mean that nobody will be going for it and that there will be no point in adding the engine option in if there is no manual transmission but is that really the case?
The 2016 Nissan Titan with the V8 engine will be going on sale early next year.
