It is no secret that Nissan is one of the biggest partners for the upcoming 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games taking place in Rio de Janeiro. While the major global event is still far away from now, Nissan has already launched the Kicks Concept with the Olympics in mind.
The vehicle, which was unveiled during the recent Sao Paulo Auto Show is described as just a design exercise by the Japanese automaker. Despite that fact, the Kicks Concept, which is believed to be the Nissan March, is painted in white and gold. The colour scheme basically symbolizes the colour of the Olympic medals.
Aside from that, the Nissan March sees the medal accents appearing on the mirrors, side skirts, wheels, spoiler and roof. Inside the vehicle, the seats are all in gold. The colour is also adopted by the air vents, steering wheel and dashboard.
Under the hood, Nissan revealed that the March is powered by a 1.6-liter 16V FlexFuel engine which produces 111 horsepower and can run on either gasoline or ethanol.
