It is no secret that both the Honda Jazz and Fit are two of the same hatchbacks that are built for different regions. Even so, there are times where one of two will get some extras from Honda.
The Upcoming Jazz is a great example of it as it looks to come with a new trim level, unlike the North America Fit. This new trim will see the Jazz coming with a 1.3L VTEC petrol engine which develops 101hp while being paired to a new 6-speed manual transmission.
Of course, consumers can also opt for the CVT transmission. Regardless, the point here is that the Honda Fit didn’t get to enjoy these benefits.
Even so, there is no need to dispute on the matter as the Honda Jazz is still fairly similar to the fit as it still features 60:40 split rear ‘Magic Seats’ and 354L of boot space.
For the full details, car junkies can tune in to the Geneva Motor Show next week and check out the Jazz’s full production unveil at the annual motoring event.
