The Crosstour can easily be described as the worst-selling vehicle from Honda. Introduced back in 2009, the Crosstour has fallen far behind the 30,000 units per year sales target and now, it seems that the Japanese carmaker is preparing to go round 2 with the vehicle.
By this, we mean that Honda is planning to give the Crosstour a refresh and the timing is fitting as the competition is spicing up following the launching of the Subaru Outback, Nissan Murano and Ford Edge.
A concept teaser image of the next-gen Honda Crosstour has already surfaced online but it still fails to capture the hearts of the masses. Apparently, many find the Crosstour very dull-looking.
Knowing Honda, they wouldn’t care on the design feedback of the consumers. As such, there is a high chance for the Crosstour picture above to hit the showrooms later this year.
If the new Crosstour fails to make an impact, then it will end up as a major failure like the Acura ZDX. The latter too came out with an unpleasant design and it led to its ultimate downfall.
