It is no secret that Ford is producing the Focus RS but many are still debating on whether the sports hatch will be released here in the USA. Such a question was raised since Ford already have the EcoBoost-powered Lincoln MKC and of course, the Mustang GT350.
While Ford has yet to address the matter, analysts are pointing out that the Focus RS will still come in the US. After all, Ford has been very aggressive when competing in their home market and not failing to launch the Focus RS in the US will only contradict their philosophy.
On the other hand, there is also a chance for the Focus RS to come in limited numbers for the US market. Of course, this will all be clarified when the Focus RS nears its debut dead which fall in the 2016 calendar year.
When the Focus RS arrives, it will be powered by a 2.3L turbocharged EcoBoost four-cylinder engine. The motor will offer better torque vectoring front and rear, thus completing the ultimate sports hatch experience.
