Remember when you were a kid and your parents bought you a toy truck, it has always come with a comical design that is painted in yellow. Soon, this toy is about to turn into a real truck and it will be known as the Ford F650 and F750.
Standing at 10-feet tall, the F-trucks will have Tonka painted on its side with yellow being the primary colour. Also, Ford aims at making the truck a quiet and comforting vehicle too.
The American carmaker is going to achieve this by equipping the truck with its 6.7-liter Power Stroke V8 diesel that is tweaked to be 25% quieter on highway speeds, 45% quieter when on idle and 35% lesser noise produced at the front of the grille.
In figures, the diesel mill generates 270hp and 675ft-lbs of torque. Also, both F650 and F750 will come in multiple trim levels which include Regular, Super and Crew Cab.
Surely, this is a dream come true for every truck lovers out there. Both the Ford F650 and F750 are expected to make its debut later this year and it will be interesting to see how the masses perceive the vehicle.
