Both the Dodge Changer and Challenger SRT model will come in with an HEMI 6.2 liter V8 engine that will deliver about 707hp and 880Nm of torque.
Of course, this was not announced by Dodge so we do not know how true this is. So what engine will the turbo models will be having if Dodge does design to start producing it. It is believed that the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat and Doge Charger SRT Hellcat will be coming in wit either a four-cylinder twin turbo engine or a six cylinder twin turbo engine.
As of now, Dodge has not confirmed anything yet but even if it was determined that the vehicle will be heading our way, we will probably have to wait until 2019 before we get to see it.
One of the main reason why Dodge chooses to go turbocharged is because the turbo engine on the Dodge Challenger and Dodge Charger will help improve the fuel efficiency of the vehicle.
