Chevrolet has said it many times already that the future Camaro will be smaller and lighter than its predecessor. In addition to that, Chevrolet explained that this is because of the Camaro which is built on the same architecture that was used by the Cadillac ATS.
Now, fans of the Camaro can already catch a glimpse at the future model after spy shots of it got leaked online. Apparently, Chevrolet’s words came to life in the images as one can easily see on how small the Camaro has become when compared to the existing Camaros.
With a smaller framework, there is no doubt that the Camaro will also be lighter. This basically implies that the next-gen Camaro is more fuel economical and better optimized for power.
Unfortunately however, the spy shots are only able to discuss on the size of the vehicle. It is difficult to go into detail on the design features of the future Camaro as it has got its body all wrapped up in camouflage. Regardless, fans can expect more spills coming, prior to the Camaro’s debut next year.
