The ongoing Geneva Motor Show saw the unveiling of many great vehicles and among them is the Toyota Auris. The Japanese carmaker brought out the next-gen Auris and claims that it will be known as the Scion in the US.
This is perhaps because of the fact that that the new Auris is not exactly fitting to be a Toyota. While it might come with many new features like a more sophisticated infotainment system and subtle redesigns, the vehicle lacks that soft front end design which is a common feature on an average Toyota.
In detail, the exterior saw the Auris coming with more angular pair of headlighs and taillights. The grille is also made to be wider as well.
What made the Auris special is that it does not feature the new Toyota design language. This explains why the attendees at the Geneva Motor Show mostly failed to acknowledge it as a Toyota.
