2014 is about to approach an end and it has not been kind to Nissan. Just last month, the Japanese carmaker suffered a loss by a margin of 2%. It is also a 3% drop in sales when compared to the previous month of October.
Unlike most other companies, Nissan is not moved by the financial lost. As a matter of fact, the carmaker was actually anticipating it since they did not release many vehicles this year. Nissan claims that if this year’s sales re compared to previous year that experience the same circumstances, then it is not a loss but a profit instead.
Nissan is confident that the sales figure will return and pile up next year. After all, 2015 will be the year Nissan launches the highly-anticipated Maxima that is based on the Sports Sedan Concept shown at various auto shows.
When the Maxima arrive, it will come with a 3.5L V6 engine that runs on the FWD system. Of course, Nissan will also be throwing in a smaller 2.5L engine as an option for the consumers.
