Honda UK became the topic of a buzz earlier today when they tweeted the price tag of the upcoming Honda Civic Type-R. It was revealed there that the highly anticipated sports hatch will be retailing at £42,950.
Of course, the quoted figures is believed to be the launching price since it will come with a one day free track pass for every purchase.
Then again, things took a twist since we discovered that Honda UK has removed the tweet from their Twitter account. There is no explanation for this but it could be that the information was leaked out at the wrong time.
Nevertheless, we have captured a screenshot of the post on our device and car junkies can view it above. As for the Honda Civic Type-R, the retailing price of £42,950 is definitely too steep for many.
