Ford have finally launched the new-generation of F-150 and the pickup truck created history by being the first every vehicle in its segment to wear a full-aluminium outfit. However, market analysts are quick to bash Ford on every flaws of the F-150.
Among them is the residual value of the latest pickup truck. The lads over at Bloomberg revealed that the F-150 will have a resale value that is poorer to the Chevrolet Colorado and the RAM 1500. Since the F-150 has a higher price tag, Bloomberg believes that the pickup truck is not worth the purchase.
Well, Bloomberg is clear delusional when they revealed their research. Yes, the aluminium framework might have made the F-150 be more expensive but the metal is stronger than steel. Also, it is immune to rust. There is no way for such perks to go unnoticed and allows it to hurt the resale value of the F-150.
With that being said, consumers should forget about the Bloomberg study and proceed with purchasing the Ford F-150. The consumers will be able to tell for themselves once they meet the F-150 face to face.
