Last week, Ford launched the all-new Edge and the second-generation SUV came out with a more spectacular design together with tons of new automotive technologies.
In detail, the Ford Edge is equipped with features like adaptive cruise control, adaptive steering system, collision warning with brake support, active park assist, glove box-mounted airbag system, hands free liftgate, 180-degree front camera with washer and inflatable rear safety belts.
The biggest perk with the Ford Edge is its newly developed suspensions. Instead of just absorbing the road bumps, the springs are also designed to prevent any road noise from creeping inside the cabin. This makes the Edge more comforting for the driver and passengers at all times.
Like other Ford vehicles, the Edge came out with four different trim levels and they are SE, SEL, Sport and Titanium. Also, there are three engine options with the Edge and they are 2.0liter Ecoboost 4-cylinder, 2.7 liter EcoBoost V6 and a 3.5 liter V6 engine. Regardless of the engine options, they will be paired to a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Simply put, the Ford Edge is a sophisticated SUV that is also affordable to own. The vehicle has already been launched on a global scale and consumers can head down to the nearest Ford showroom to see the greatness of the Edge themselves.
