Last November, Chevrolet created history by launching a new generation of Colorado. The latest pickup truck shattered records as it was quick to become the bestselling vehicle here in the US.
Earlier today, Chevrolet boasts about this by sharing that they were surprised by the huge demand for the Colorado at time of launch and had to hire many new workers to ensure that sufficient supply is produced.
Apparently, consumers were pulled by the fact that the Chevrolet Colorado offers 3 to 5mpg more gas mileage than other pickup trucks in the segment. Furthermore, the Colorado has a very stylish design that is also customizable via the online generator launched by the American carmaker.
To complete the package, the Chevrolet Colorado is competitively priced too. The pickup truck retails at about $20,000, which makes it super appealing to the average consumers.
Then again, to name the Colorado as the best pickup truck would be a mistake. After all, there has yet to be any competitor for the Colorado. This will have to wait until Ford launches the next-gen F-150 and Toyota launches the next-gen Hilux later this year.
