Chevrolet had just launched the all-new Trailblazer but unfortunately, the SUV failed to impress us at all. It seems that the only thing that we like about the latest Trailblazer is the diesel powertrains that are offered with it.
In detail, consumers are able to choose between the 2.5L 4-pot diesel engine that produces 163hp and 380Nm of torque, and the 2.8L diesel motor that develops 200hp and 500Nm of torque. With such a rig, the Trailblazer offers a decent performance and exceptional fuel efficiency.
However, it does not make us forget about the poor styling and boring features on the car. Yes, the SUV might feature new looking bumpers, LED foglights, LED projector headlights and LED daytime running lights but this does not make it any different from other SUVs.
We are hoping for Chevrolet to create an outstanding Trailblazer but the latest model ended up as just a decent SUV to purchase. Perhaps, the fault is with us for having high expectations for the Trailblazer.
