Audi has finally launched the all-new TT but over in India, the German auto firm only introduced the 45TSI variant. The latter arrived in the Asian nation yesterday and it still have tons of great things to offer.
For starters, the all-new TT is built on the MQB platform. As such, the sports car is lighter and more powerful than before. The TT is powered by a 2L 4-cylinder petrol engine and this aids in developing 230hp and 370Nm of torque while being paired to a 6-speed DSG transmission.
In terms of performance, the Audi TT is able to accelerate from 0-62mph in just 5.3seconds and the top speed is capped at 253km/h. Of course, things are definitely better with the 310hp TT-S or the manual-powered 45TSI.
Unfortunately, both TT variants failed to make it into India. Then again, Audi teased that they might bring the TT-S somewhere in the near future.
