Remember back in high school where the cool kids hangout on the same table and the ‘others’ are scattered elsewhere? Well, this same scenario is expected to replicate in the upcoming SEMA show. Of course, the cool kids table will be ruled by Honda’s luxurious arm, Acura.
The Japanese carmaker is looking forward to releasing a host of great vehicles at the major motoring event happening in Vegas next week. The first vehicle is revealed to be the Galpin Auto Sports Acura TLX, which is developed by Acura Design Studio and Galpin Custom Car Works.
The finely-tuned vehicle is heavily inspired by the TLX GT race car and it comes with a new Andaro Blue exterior colour, together with a new front and back bumpers, deck-lid spoiler, side skirts gunmetal inner and liquid smoke outer custom wheels wrapped in Zero Tires by Pirelli. In addition to that, the specially-made TLX comes with custom exhaust outlets which include damping adjustments, and also an RSR Sport SI Series suspension kit.
Acura’s Global Creative Director for the Design department, Dave Marek, revealed that the aid from Glapin Auto Sports will take out the boredom from the TLX while pumping unlimited amount of thrill and pure fun. Whenever something is exciting, they will end up at the cool table and the TLX will do just that in Las Vegas.
