Over the past few months, tech forums have been hosting plenty of discussion on the highly anticipated iPhone 6. Now, it is about to get louder as images of this year’s flagship phone from Apple has leaked into the internet.
Australia’s tech writer, Sonny Dickson, has apparently uploaded a couple of images on his Twitter, believed to be the iPhone 6. The lad claimed that he received it from someone in China.
From the image, it seems that the iPhone 6 will about 5.25inches and have that much rumoured edge-to-edge display. It is slightly wider than the iPhone 5S, having a width estimated to be about 2.6inch.
Aside from the size, the image also confirms that Apple will look to retain that Biometric Fingerprint sensor. Of course, the two cameras are still intact. The rear is believed to be 10mp with an aperture of f/1.8 with improved filter.
It is unknown if this is the real thing or simply a hoax to stir things up. Nevertheless, it would make a good reference. However, anything unproven is still a rumour and it is best to take this with a pinch of salt. We will be able to confirm once Apple unveils the iPhone 6 later in May this year.
