It is 2014 and like any other year, Apple will look to launch its iPhones. This year will be the coming of the sixth generations iPhone dubbed as the iPhone 6. This is unless Apple thinks of a much cooler name for it.
As we are already approaching February, many rumours have spread in anticipating the iPhone 6. Not all of them are true and many of them are not accurate enough. Fans can rest assured as we have gone through each one of them and this is the most likely details of the iPhone 6.
Apple’s 2014 flagship device is expected to have a much bigger screen compared to its predecessors. The company has coped with a 4inch screen for two years now and will look to make it bigger. There can be two outcomes, either a 4.7inch screen with 1136×640 resolution or a 5.7inch screen with 1920×1080 resolution. Of course, the bigger the screen, the more PPI sacrificed.
The iPhone 6 will look to fit its name as well with a 6mm thick body. This super slim built is possible and could be on Apple’s plans. If this were to be true, then the iPhone 6 will lose out on it fingerprint scanner. There is also word that Apple would abolish the need for a Home button, making the entire device, 100% touchscreen.
Finally there are the wearables. Apple could be heading into the same path with its rivals in developing wearables. There is a chance that the iPhone 6 will come with an iWatch. However, no one has an idea on how it will look like and what it will feature.
Nevertheless, with every passing day comes new information. Who knows? It could come from Apple itself.
