Is the iPhone 6 nearing its release? The tech world is in a state of unrest with all the hints on the iPhone 6 coming for a release very soon.
Like previous iPhone releases, prior to the smartphone’s arrival, Apple will drastically reduce the price of the predecessor iPhone. It is a standard business procedure where the company would want to clear the old stocks before bringing out the new ones.
In iPhone 6’s case, the iPhone 5 is lowering its price tag every now and then. This is the happening at Amazon. On an average day, the iPhone 5S will cost consumers about $1,199. Amazon is letting go of this device at only $709.99. The iPhone 5 on the other hand can be purchased for only $565.10.
That’s not all. Online retail giant Amazon also looks to clear the much older iPhone 4 and 4S which costs $209.99 and $384.50 respectively.
If this is the major signal citing the iPhone 6’s release, then consumers should prepare themselves. It is widely believed that the upcoming iPhone will come in two variants. One will have a screen size of about 4.7inch while the other will be much bigger with 5.5inch screen.
The bigger of the two is known to be a new line of iPhone built as a phablet. The other iPhone 6 will be the replacement for the iPhone 5S. Apart from that, fans can expect these devices to run on the A8 64-bit processor and it might also feature a finger print scanner.
As for when the iPhone 6 will come for a release, fans can expect it to arrive somewhere in third-quarter this year.
