The iOS 7.1 is finally out and this latest update by Apple will patch all the flaws found in the previous iOS 7. It was very recently that the iOS 7 jailbreak got released and now rumours are saying that the iOS 7.1 jailbreak is already out.
It seems that the website 7jailbreak.com is offering a remote jailbreak for iOS 7.1. However, it does raise some eyebrows when the site instructs the users to click on the link to update instead of connecting the device to a computer like how it was always done.
On another note, the website claims that the jailbreak is created by Joshua Hill. The famous hacker, better known as POsixninja, denied any affiliation with the jailbreak and the website itself.
iPhone and iPad users who attempts to jailbreakt their iOS 7.1 through 7jailbreak.com will often get re-directed to another website which will automatically download an app. The app is nothing more than an advertisement black hole and it is a method practiced by scammers to earn money.
If there is to be the iOS 7.1 jailbreak, it will come much later. The Evad3rs team has already pull themselves out of the iOS 7.1 project. Pod2g confirmed this and revealed that Evad3rs will return for iOS 8.
The hacker also addressed the high demand for an iOS 7.1 jailbreak. Pod2g continued, “if one day, I find myself bored and can put enough time and energy into it, I have some ideas for how to make a 7.1 jailbreak … depending on how it has been fixed and other external events.”
