It wasn’t that long ago when Samsung sent out invitations to its “Samsung Unpacked 5” event and that function is about to kick off tomorrow during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
The Galaxy S5 is expected to boast plenty of new features like its very own finger print scanner on the home button and a metallic casing. Other features like a 5.24inch display and a dust and water proof case is also expected to be on this highly anticipated smartphone.
When it comes to sale, Samsung is in for a rough year. According to ZeenewsIndia, this year will be the weakest annual profit growth. Economist felt that the smartphone market has saturated and with the fierce competition, there is expected to be a decline in sales.
Nevertheless, the Galaxy S5 will definitely be Samsung’s flagship phone this year. Even the Galaxy Gear 2 is already launched to accompany the S5. Come tomorrow, we will know for sure on how much the smartphone will cost and what will be its features so stay tuned.
