Samsung Galaxy Beam 2 Spotted In The Wild!

Samsung have plans to release a second Samsung Galaxy Beam handset and it will have specs that are improved, this comes from a leak from China.

The original Samsung Galaxy Beam was somewhat of a strange handset as it came with a surprising effective projector in what was described as being a mediocre Android phone. Now it looks like Samsung will reinvent the handsets.

A second Samsung Galaxy Beam has gone through certification in China as information has leaked from the Tenaa certification group.

The Samsung Galaxy Beam 2 will have a display of 800 x 480 at 4.66 inches.

The processor will be a 1.2GHz quad core, which is a boost up over the 1GHz dual core of the original and it will have 1GB of RAM instead of 768MB.

There is also a microSD slot which will allow for another 32GB of internal storage.

It has been said that it will have Jelly Bean 4.2.2 installed as opposed to the latest KitKat 4.4.

The handset will be 11.6mm in thickness so it is on the chunky side. Samsung may also get rid of the black and yellow colour scheme and go for a more metal effect plastic look.

One thing that we don’t know is whether the handset is going to be made available outside of China.
