2013 has been a disappointing year for HTC as they have failed to achieve a profit like how it was in the previous years. Despite having created both the HTC One and HTC Butterfly S, the company has failed to appeal the consumers.
It is 2014 now and HTC looks all pumped up to own this year Smartphone market. The Taiwan-based vendor often overlooks the mid-range and low-range market. Now, the company wish to amend their ways through releasing the upcoming HTC Desire.
This mid-range phone will rival the iPhone 5C. This is thanks to its high specs at a cheaper price. More importantly, it comes with colours.
For a mid-range device, the HTC Desire will run on a Mediatek octacore processor that makes it overpowered. For something small, the HTC Desire certainly packs a punch.
As for when the Desire will look to debut is still a mystery to us all. Nevertheless, the fans can expect them to arrive within the first quarter this year.
