HTC Google Nexus 10 2 May Have Some Cool Tricks Up Its Sleeve

Google Nexus 10 2 has been guilty for missing out on several highly rumoured launch date last year. Ever since then, things got quiet for this highly anticipated device. That was until a new rumour surfaced, revealing more on the Nexus 10 2 tablet.

Word has it that the HTC will be in charge of the Nexus 10 2’s production after winning the bid to create this next generation tablet from Google. The rumour further claims that the Nexus 10 2 will debut somewhere in the third quarter this year. On the other hand, another rumour suggests that HTC will only be focusing on the Nexus 8, not the 10 2.

Looking into HTC, the Taiwan-based vendor has a bad history with tablets. The HTC Flyer is the best example of the company’s failure in the market. As such, it is only logic that HTC would like to recover from the hauntings of the past by using the Nexus as an opportunity to redeem itself.

As such, the 10 2 is expected to run on a 3GHz quad-core processor with 3GB RAM. The display will definitely offer something great. It is suggested to have a 2K screen with 2560 x 1600p.

Of course, with every Nexus device, there is always that something new which will impact the market. Some hints that it will be the Android 4.5 Lollipop OS.

More importantly, it is best to take this with a pinch of salt. Nothing official has been announced as of yet and fans of the Nexus 10 2 will just have to wait until more evidence starts to pop up.
