Could This Be The Google Nexus 6?

The LG G3 has been heavily rumoured to be the device that initiates a smartphone revolution. Now, the specs and features of the LG G3 has leaked and we shall see if it tallies with how the rumours have described it to be.

The leak, which came from a Dutch website, revealed that the LG G3 will boast a 5.5inch QHD display that offers 1440 x 2560 pixel resolution with 538ppi.It will run on an Octa-core Media Tek processor.

This is not far from the many rumours that suggest the G3 will be the first Android device that will run on a 64-bit processor. Some went into detail, thinking that it will be a 2.2GHz or 2.5GHz Cortex-A17 cores and four 1.7GHz Cortex-A7 cores that are comparable to the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor.

In addition to that, LG has mistakenly revealed that the G3 will be coming to both AT&T and Verizon. This is after a listing on their website posted the Verizon VS985 and the AT&T LG D-850. Of course, the post is no longer available.

The G3 is expected to be the base line for the upcoming Nexus 6. After all, both the Nexus 4 and 5 are based on the LG Optimus G and G2 respectively. The collaboration between the two tech giants have been a rather successful one and it may look to extend for the Nexus 6.

As such, it is no surprise that the LG G3 is looking to offer something different like the 64-bit processor. Other features expected to come to the device includes a fingerprint scanner, water proof and dust proof.
