AT&T Samsung Galaxy S5 Update

The Samsung Galaxy S5 is gearing up for its release around the US and it is heading to many carriers, these include AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, as well as US Cellular, MetroPCS, Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile.

Of course sometimes carriers don’t always offer devices at the same time and they are never in that much of a rush to tell us about pricing and availability, until just before the device goes on sale.

However if you are with AT&T and you are going to get the Samsung Galaxy S5 when it arrives you might be wondering about its status.

AT&T has made some details known and they have said that the handset is coming soon. All they have said about pricing is and availability is that it will be announced at a later date. We know this isn’t a lot to go on but at least it is something.

The model number SM-G900A has been the first to pass the FCC and this has shown us that it will be compatible with LTE bands 2, 4, 15 and 17. Other variants have followed on, which means the handset is coming closer.

It is thought that the Samsung Galaxy S5 will hit the market on 11 April around the world and hopefully carriers will launch it on the same day.
