Capcom has already confirmed that Resident Evil 7 is in production but the game developer has yet to address the leaks and rumours that are indicating the game to take players back into the past.
By this, we are referring to the latest leaked screenshot of Resident Evil 7 which teased on returning to Racoon City. Fans should know better that Racoon City is the location of the first Resident Evil trilogy and returning to that area will be much welcomed by them.
This is because the strong love for Resident Evil 1 to 3 since it came out with plenty of horror to offer. If Resident Evil 7 does make its way back to the locations of the first trilogy, there is a chance for horror to return as well.
This is something that the majority of the fans have been wanting after undergoing immense torture in the form of fast-paced third person shooter that shapes Resident Evil 4 to 6.
