The gaming industry is never a quiet world to be in with gamers buzzing on the past, existing and future games. The loudest has to be with Kingdom Hearts 3 which is currently being produced by Square Enix. News of its production has been around for so long now that fans are demanding to know the game’s release date.
However, the progress made with Kingdom Hearts 3 is not as far as how the fans have imagined it to be. The game’s producer, Yoshinori Kitase, revealed that Square Enix is giving all the attention to Final Fantasy XV at the moment. This is due to the further progress in development for Final Fantasy XV. As such, Square Enix wish to conclude the game’s production before giving its entire attention on Kingdom Hearts 3.
Some fans cited that there is some rivalry going on between the two gaming franchise from Square Enix. Kitase denied these claims and confirms that it is merely due to the development progress and nothing more than that.
Kingdom Hearts 3 director, Tetsuya Nomura, backed Kitase’s statements by revealing that the team of developers are still venturing for more new ideas that can be added to Kingdom Hearts 3.
The release date might still be a mystery. However, Square Enix are already looking to fix a deadline for Kingdom Hearts 3. Fans might get to know it on E3 later this year.
