We have not heard from Google yet but Telus, a Canadian Carrier seems to think that Google will be releasing the new Google Android 7.0 Nougat early next week.
We should be taking this news with a pinch of salt but seeing as this was also the same carrier that accurately leaked the released of the last OS, we are inclined to believe them.
With the last preview, the Developer Preview 5 which was released in July looking as solid as ever, it does not come as a surprise that Google would be ready to release it so soon.
According to Telus, the new Nougat will be released on the 22nd of August. LG also said that they will be offering a limited preview of the new OS on the same date so at least those details matched.
If the leak is real, we should be seeing the new Android 7.0 Nougat at the start of next week.
