Sony’s latest PS4 console is a gaming machine like no other. It packs so much power that it thoroughly changes the gaming experience of the players.
One element of the PS4 is the controller. Unless you’ve heard, the PS4 controllers are equipped with a light bar. However, it is no ordinary light bar. The ones on the controllers are so bright that it can be seen from outer space.
This has led an eBay user, known as Flaming Toast, to create decals that will reduce the illumination. Of course, it does come with several designs that PS4 users can choose from to personalize their controllers.
At the moment, there are 12 designs to choose from. This includes Nolan bat signal, Resistance alien skull, triforce, Assassin’s Creed logo, Helghast Triad and Elder Scrolls’ Dragon Sigil. The decals are very new and are relatively cheap, costing at less than $5 for each pack. Of course, Flaming Toast is open to new designs and request for them to be shared with him.
As for the light bar, it is a pity that one player, who asked Sony for an off button, received a straight out “No!” response. Players have taken this issue to Change.org in a bid to convince Sony to add an off switch for the light.
It is unsure on what outcome will be like. After all, the light bar is part of the console’s gaming experience where in Killzone, it turns red if the character’s health is low.
