Last year, HTC launched the One M8 and it was criticized for coming with a poor rear camera. In detail, consumers were not happy with how the One M8 has a low 4MP rear camera even though it is of high quality.
HTC has heard the feedback and are looking to correct their ways with the upcoming One M9. According to HTC ROM developer Llab TooFer, it seems that the camera coming to the One M9 will be developed by Toshiba.
The shooter is claimed to come with 20MP and it will be feature 1.12-micron BSI pixel CMO image sensor and an optical format of 1/2.4 inch. If this is true then consumers can start bracing themselves as the One M9 might just come with the best rear camera in smartphone history.
Of course, the only way to confirm this is after HTC unveils the One M9. That is expected to happen early next month and when it arrives, the smartphone is expected to feature a 5” full HD display while being powered by the newly developed Snapdragon 810 processer.
