The Mercedes-Benz G-Class is one powerful model but the fact is that it does not need all that power. Instead of being there just for show, it looks like Mercedes might have found some other use for its additional power.
Since the Mercedes-Benz G-Class still have some extra power to spare, Mercedes decided to widen the G-Class so that the powerful engine will at least have something to work on.
New spies images of the upcoming Mercedes-Benz G-Class indicates that Mercedes will be keeping most of the design but it looks like it will be getting a wider body this time around. That means more interior space as well.
Eevn though it is wider, the Mercedes-Benz G-Class will still be shedding some extra pounds. New reports hinted that the G-Class will be 880pounds lighter than the current model.
The top of the range model will now be powered by a 4.0 liter twin-turbo V8 engine.
