Ford became the centre of a buzz yesterday when they announced on the future Ranger that is due to arrive next year. In conjunction to that, Ford also launched a teaser video which teases on the future pickup truck that will look to dominate the Asia Pacific market.
If fans of the Ranger are to check out the video, they should be able to notice that the vehicle looks a lot like the recently released Ford Everest. Both the upcoming Ranger and the Everest does share many similarities like the same large grille, angular fog lights and also a redesigned front bumper.
In short, it can easily be said that the next-gen Ranger is the Ford Everest that has evolved into a pickup truck. Perhaps, both vehicles are built on the same platform with the same design language.
Then again, the teaser video failed to share on the Ranger’s rear design features and interior. Regardless, fans can expect to learn more on the future Ranger when Ford make more reveals prior to the pickup truck’s debut next year.
