Mass Effect Game Pays Small Homage To Star Trek!

There is no denying that the Mass Effect gaming series is among the best there is. The game is set in a whole new universe shared by both humans and alien races. This futuristic game is the perfect mixture of Star Wars, Star Trek, Troi and Bioware’s very own creativity.

Today, Mass effect 4 is in development and the fans can’t wait to get their hands on this upcoming fourth sequel. Looking back at Mass Effect 2, there appears to be a small tribute to the Star Trek films.

If you’re able to recall the character Uvenk, then you might notice that it sounded a lot like Worf from Star Trek. The Krogan who was against Grunt going through the rite was voiced by Michael Dorn. The voice actor somehow used a specific tone when recording that scene and it was in reference to Worf indeed.

Back in the first Mass Effect, Marina Sirtis from Troi played Benezia. In fact there are a lot of Easter eggs throughout the first trilogy as well.

With every passing day, Mass Effect 4 gets closer and closer to its release date. Having said all of the above, the Mass Effect community are probably wondering on what sort of surprises are in store for them.
