Todd Howard has been providing some comments about subjects which relate to the next in the series of Fallout, which may or may not be called Fallout 4. The game director said that the studio has not idea of the time frame in which the project is going to be announced.
He did however point out that it would not happen in the near future, so gamers are going to have to be patient for some time to come.
Howard also talked about a fan made website for Fallout 4 that has been causing quite a stir among gamers. A fan made a teaser domain for what many gamers thought could be the next game in the series, but which turned out to be nothing more than a hoax.
The director said that he liked the alternate reality game content that came from the fan made domain and he called it a testament as to how far gamers will go. He also said that the development team are always surprised by what communities come up with.
He said that the ARG had been well done and that it should be a testament to the fans. He admitted that some things they look at they sit back and ask themselves why they didn’t do it.
