The CES event has come to a close and it played host to many great tech unveilings. On the other hand, CES also became a platform for underground developers to showcase their Apple Watch knock-off.
Among them is Hyperdon, a company from China, which is selling a smartwatch which looks exactly like the upcoming Apple Watch. Heck, even the features too are almost identical with the latter.
In detail, the screen of the Hyperdon smartwatch only displays when it is turned on and the device can be paired with the Apple iPhone 6. When connected, the smartwatch can make phone calls, play music and vibrate when there is an incoming call.
To make things more interesting, the Hyperdon smartwatch was being sold at CES for just $27. Together with features like pedometer, stopwatch, alarm and anti-lost, the smartwatch is definitely a steal.
By steal, we mean it literally and figuratively. The Hyperdon smartwatch is no doubt a clone of the upcoming Apple Watch. With all of its features functioning, Hyperdon could influence the sales of the Apple Watch in the near future. Of course, Apple has yet to comment on the matter.
