Minecraft 1.8 players are about to get busy with 14W05A which will bring in plenty of new features to the already great game. Mojang has been really active ever since 2014 commenced and will look to give players the best Minecraft yet.
The first major addition to the Minecraft game is the spectator mode. This latest feature will allow players to be the viewers. When initiated, the players will lose its physical self and will be in a viewing mode where they can observe everything that is taking place. While not everything might look interesting, it often applies for those who like watching a PvP showdown.
Then there is a new block coming into Minecraft. The rumour appears to be true. 14W05A will bring in invisible blocks to Minecraft. It will be utilized to transfer redstone signals and also useful to build force fields or floating torches as decorations.
As for the AI citizens in the game, they are about to get a huge boost. Slimes now have the ability to swim for three and the half years after they entered the game.
The 14W05A content update will keep players glued to Minecraft for a long time to come. The invisible block is definitely the most exciting addition as many players will want to re-create their defence system.
Other than all these, the 14W05A will send in some bug fixes and gameplay improvements.
