For almost 2 decades now, the Bronco has disappeared from the face of the galaxy. Despite that fact, the rumours are strong in suggesting that Ford is plotting the Bronco’s return next year.
In detail, the next-gen Bronco will come with a design that is based on its concept model that was unveiled back in 2004. Also, the vehicle will be built on the same platform with the Ford Ranger and the Ford Explorer.
Under the hood, the word is that the Bronco will be offered with three different engine options. They are discovered to be a 4.5-liter diesel engine, a 5.0-liter gasoline engine, and a 3.5-liter EcoBoost engine. There are two transmission options to choose from and they are the twin-clutch manual and an automatic gearbox.
Of course, none of the above has been confirmed by Ford so it is best to take it with a pinch of salt. The Ford Bronco was one of the best and most popular vehicles back in the 90s and its return will certainly reward Ford with a mountain of gold.
