Google have been toying with the idea for some time now but one artist thinks that the concept might work well on the Microsoft Surface Phone as well.
The concept seen here was created by artist Jonas Daehnert. The concept design here is an improve version of a previous concept that he came out with. One of the biggest improvement he made to the concept was to give it a detachable camera.
The camera unit on the smartphone can be removed and replaced. With a feature like this, customers can keep upgrading their camera whenever there is a new model instead of buying a new smartphone.
If they can do that with the camera, who is to say that the other parts can’t be switched as well. Check out the Microsoft Surface Phone Concept revision 3 by Jonas Daehnert here. At this point, nobody knows if Microsoft is working on a Surface Phone or now so we will have to wait and see.
