Ford Mustang has long been recognized as America’s most powerful vehicle and now, the muscle car received tons more power after being tuned by Steeda. The latter might not be as popular as Saleem or Roush due to their association with suspensions but it managed to break the speed barrier for the Mustang.
Known as the Q-series Mustang, the muscle car comes in three different trim levels. The entry level model offers 480hp. The mid-range Mustang offers 650hp and the top of the line model comes with a whopping 775hp. While no details were shared, we believe that the large power output was achieved thanks to the usage of a supercharger.
Comparing the Steeda Mustang with those from other tunes, the 775hp beats out the 640hp Saleen Mustang and the 600hp Roush Mustang. The vehicle has already gone into the record books as the fastest Mustang alive, even when it is not released yet.
When it does however, we will surely check on how well the 775hp perform and the sort of handling that will come with the vehicle. After all, Steeda is a well-known suspension company and it will reflect badly on them if the powerful Mustang has poor handling.
