It is no secret that the police cars in Dubai are mostly super cars which we have always dreamed of owning. They consist of great model and makes like the Ferrari FF, Nissan GT-R and even the Bugatti Veyron.
Now, the local government is paying some attention to the medical side of their emergency services which saw a massive overhaul to the ambulances. In a massive announcement last week, the government confirmed that it will be using the Lotus Evora for the city’s ambulance.
In detail, the Lotus Evora S has been pimped to cater a patient that needs to be rushed to the hospital. It is powered by a mid-mounted 3.5-litre supercharged V6 developing 345bhp. This allows the car to accelerate to 62mph in just 4.6 seconds. Also there is a top speed of 172mph.
Of course, to drive the ambulance, one is required to undergo an intensive training. Only then, will they be able to sit behind the wheel of the Lotus Evora S and rush injured locals to the nearest hospital.
